There is a 10% discount for bookings made 12 weeks or more
in advance.

10% discount to returning visitors.
o
Extra nights are usually possible and charged on a pro rata
basis.

The weekly price includes bed linen and towels.

If more than 2 guests are staying there is an additional charge
of £10 per person per week.
o
If your departure date is within 8 weeks, the full amount
is payable on booking.
o
If you would like a mid-stay laundry and clean, this can be
arranged at an extra charge. |
A
non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is required to
secure the accommodation and the balance is due 8 weeks before
departure. |
A
damage/key deposit of £100 is also required along with
your final payment. This is repayable to you at the end of
your holiday as soon as we have confirmation from Spain that
no damage has occurred. |

your convenience payment can be accepted in both Sterling
and Euros. |

Sterling payments in the form of cash or cheque are preferred,
but credit/debit cards can be accepted online via Paypal although
there is a 3.4% handling charge.
o
Euro payments can be made by bank transfer into our Spanish
bank account. |
